What the Service Is

This site stores no official jail, booking, warrant, or court records. It explains routes to the Wayne County Detention Center, NC VINE, the Sheriff's Office, the courts, NCDAC, and other sources. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file a records request for a visitor.

Outside search services may be linked for research convenience. Their results, charges, prices, and privacy practices belong to those providers.

Acceptable Use

• follow all applicable law while using the pages;
• do not stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone;
• do not use the information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, licensing, or another prohibited decision;
• do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools; and
• do not disrupt access for other visitors.

FCRA Restriction

Wayne County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither do its ad partners through these pages. You agree not to use information from this site for:

• hiring, firing, or other employment decisions;
• tenant or housing screening;
• credit decisions or insurance premiums;
• licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program; or
• any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Links may lead to jail and Sheriff pages, court portals, NCDAC, BOP, ICE, news outlets, legal guidance, or third-party search services. Wayne County Busted Mugshots does not control their content, uptime, data practices, prices, or terms. Read the destination's rules before using it.
